		<description>Yeah, I&#039;m hearing you Phil. Fortunately the real purpose of the application is to keep my skill set current and to have something to show for my time at the VDA. There is a part of me that actually enjoys developing stuff like that and if anyone else finds it useful then that&#039;s a bonus.

I enjoyed Night Watch so much I tracked down the sequel the next day and ended up spending a few hours getting it burnt to DVD-R, oh the fun. I don&#039;t know what exactly I was expecting from Russian filmography but I&#039;m waiting for the third part of the trilogy!</description>

		<description>It&#039;s difficult to get any staff member to do anything vaguely outside their remit in here.  It&#039;s general apathy with regards to anything outside their department and unhappiness if they are required to go above and beyond in the interests of everyone.
